250 g tomatoes

200 ml of foundation

50 g of cooking cream

2 carrots

1 parsnip

1 red onion

1/2 lemon

1/2 avocado

5 cloves garlic

1 feferon

sprig of thyme

sage leaves

20 ml chipotle marks

    Lagano popržite nasjeckani luk, češnjak, mrkvu i pastrnjak. Posolite i popaprite.

    Add chipotle sauce and tomatoes over the vegetables.

    In a separate pot put Peruana, red beans in chilli sauce Bonduelle and White beans Bonduelle, pour the stock and juice of half a lemon.

    Kad proključa dodajte povrće i začine, timijan i listove kadulje. Kuhajte nekoliko minuta uz povremeno miješanje.
  5. Korak 5
    Smjesu rasporedite u posude za serviranje; dodajte 1/2 nasjeckanog avokada, prelijte vrhnjem za kuhanje i pospite nasjeckanim feferonima.
